This beautiful DS has been very well taken care of and gives you an opportunity to experience the top line of the DS model range for a very reasonable price.

This DS was sold new at Örebro Automobilaffär, Sweden in April 1974. Since then it had 9 owners and the owner who wants to sell it now owns it since 2005. Örebro Automobilaffär constantly traded it in (see ownership history on the pictures below) and from 2000-2005 the DS was also owned by the owner of Örebro Automobilaffär. He made a restoration of the bodywork during these years.

This is not an unwelded car, but the weldings have been done professionally, with skills and experience. The engine was completely overhauled around 10 years ago by a retired Citroën mechanic who worked with DS's all his life. It's really a magnificent result, the engine is running extremely smoothly and the semi-automatic gearbox shifts perfectly.

Two years ago the DS got a new interior, new seats and carpets in original colours at the same time as a sunroof was installed.

It has matching numbers, which is verified by “Conservatoire Citroën” and is visible on the pictures below. It also has some specific equipment for the Swedish market like wipers for the headlights, curtain for the cooler, extra heating and special Pallas trim on the lower parts of the doors etc. The car passed the Swedish technical control in April 2020 without any remarks.

This is a wonderful DS that drives perfectly, looks astonishing, has matching numbers and a lot of documentation of its history.

We are located in south Sweden, just outside of Malmö, which means there are normally a lot of options to fly to Copenhagen airport in Denmark, and from there it is just a short train ride to VLD Autos. We will of course pick you up at a nearby train station.

On request we can arrange shipment to your place of living. We can either deliver the car ourselves or make an arrangement with a shipping company.
