A very special car in fantastic condition, only two owners, matching numbers, full documentation and history!

The car was registered on January 1st, 1971 and was then picked up by its first owner in southern Sweden. On September 3rd, 1975 the first owner sold it to the son of his friend. Since it was already a very special car at that time, the second owner wanted to keep it as a collector car and conserved it for the future.

The car was restored between 1986-1990 and has since then not been driven much more than 15,000 km, still it has been driven constantly and has also been maintained meticulously every year. If you take a closer look you might think the car was restored just a few years ago, it's still in a very good condition! During the renovation some corrosion was removed from the thresholds, the rear end of the chassis, from the bottom of the doors and the car got a complete new paintwork. The engine was also thoroughly renovated. A well-known Citroën specialist in Sweden together with the owner performed all the restoration work. The car still has its original interior and carpets, and everything is in an incredibly good condition as the owner has stored it in perfect climatic conditions with perfect humidity.

There is nothing that needs to be repaired on the car. With its powerful 21ie engine of 125 horsepower paired with a 5-speed gearbox, it might be the best combination for a DS. The 21-engine is so smooth and free from vibrations, and the 5-speed gearbox gives you a more relaxed driving experience combined with more silence thanks to lower revs.

This DS really drives like a dream!

In recent years, the car has got some new parts such as servo steering linkage, battery, fuel pump, suspension spheres, brake pads etc. It is equipped with a stainless steel exhaust system, Michelin XVS tires in good condition and an original Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio that works perfectly.

The car has in total 155,000 km which can be proofed by Swedish “MoT”/inspection documents. What is amazing is that the car has passed all technical controls ever done without any remarks! There is a lot of documentation, like service & repair reports, invoices and more available.

This is truly the ultimate car for those looking for a DS Pallas with full history and only two owners!

We are located in south Sweden, just outside of Malmö, which means there are normally a lot of options to fly to Copenhagen airport in Denmark, and from there it is just a short train ride to VLD Autos. We will of course pick you up at a nearby train station.
